7-Hour USPAP Application for 7 CEU’s pending with NJ Division of Taxation & Real Estate Appraisal Board

The AQB did not change the CE cycle or requirements. All licensees need 7 hours of USPAP every two years.

Course Overview

This one-day course (copyrighted by The Appraisal Foundation) is mandatory for appraisers and focuses on recent changes to USPAP requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance.

Topics include commonly misunderstood aspects of USPAP and sections that are frequently the subject of state licensing and continuing education requirements. Attendees should make sure that the appraisal they’re preparing or reviewing meets the required Standards.
